I am a visiting student at Pembroke College, Oxford and am in my third year of pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Brown University. I have a variety of research interests within ecology and evolutionary biology, but am especially interested in conservation biology and genetics. I spent this past summer as a research assistant in the Calakmul Biosphere Reserve, collecting data on a variety of species in the reserve for a long-term biodiversity monitoring project. I also recently received my PADI open water diver certification.

I am currently developing an independent research project to evaluate the effects of caloric restriction on senescence and longevity at the SalGo Team.
