I am an evolutionary ecologist,  because I am fascinated by the patterns that we see in nature. In my research, I try to unravel the evolutionary and ecological mechanisms that generate these patterns.  My DPhil focused on the causes and consequences of variation in body size and fitness in Trinidadian guppies. At the SalGo team, I lead the compilation of demographic information in the PADRINO database, an open-access home for all published integral projection models (IPMs). I’m excited to contribute to this project - the PADRINO database will enable researchers to explore patterns of demography across the Tree of Life.
