I am a fourth year PhD student in grassland ecology at Lanzhou University, and a recognised PhD student at Oxford. My research interest lies in population ecology. I combine statistical, mathematical modeling and experimental approaches to understand and predict the demographic responses of dominant plant species in desert steppes to grazing, climate change and nitrogen addition, so as to provide support for ecological restoration and grazing management under global change.
