I am a Full Professor in Grassland Ecology at the College of Aro-Grassland Sciences, Nanjing Agricultural University, China. My work focuses on the grassland management, plant community dynamic, biodiversity and community stability maintenance mechanisms, patterns of species distributions and plant-soil feedback.
