I am a fourth year MBiol student at Magdalen College, University of Oxford. In particular, my interests lie in understanding the effect that extreme climate trends have on the ecological stability in the Arctic tundra and the likelihood of ecosystem switching. My project aims to quantify the interaction between extreme climate events and gradual warming trends in the Arctic to determine how extreme events may shape Arctic ecology in the future.
